FAQ’s

We charge £80 per ti-pi per night. With a minimum of a 2 night stay. £160 for 2 nights. This includes the use of all the communal facilities.

Yes. 2 nights

Check in is from 10am and Check out is 4pm. This will need to be discussed prior to arrival so we can know to be expecting you!

Each ti-pi has 1 double bed. For larger families we can facilitate another bed to sleep 4 for an extra £20

Cancelation charges are as follows:

More than 30 days prior to booking-10% of booking fee charged

14-30 days prior to booking- 50% of booking fee charged

Less than 14 prior to booking- No refund of booking fee

However, we are flexible and if you would like to reschedule this may be able to be arranged with enough warning.

You may pay in full when booking or choose to pay 20% upfront. The balance will be due 8 weeks before the booking date. We will send an email reminder to please remember to check your emails!

Payment can be made through the bank details that will be sent via email when booking.

We do not allow pets on site as we are full of animals of our own!

You will not need to bring any bedding. However if you wish to bring extra blankets if you think you will be cold please do so.

You will need towels for the shower and a good torch as some areas of the site are unlit.

Logs and coal can be purchased at the site. All food prep equipment is provided.

Other than the tents, the site has communal spaces including picnic benches, an indoor snug with fire place, outdoor fire pit with log benches, badminton nets and equipment, toilet and warm shower

There is a public car park just a 2 minute walk from the site that offers parking for around £5 per day. It is in the heart of the village.

The closest stations are Woking or Sunningdale. From here, we can help you with transportation to the site.

Nope. We are proudly disconnected! However, 4G should reach the site. There is generally no power but an outlet to charge phones, but maybe a good idea to bring a portable charger!

We have solar lights at night

We ask for a respectable noise level. Music in the evening is allowed but at a respectable level. Remember we have animals in the surrounding woodland who need to sleep too!

Yes! We have a co-op just 50m from the site!
