About us
The Animals
Little Trotters Farm began as a simple site to offer refuge for rescue our donkeys. At the beginning we had 2, and over the years we have welcomed and sadly said good bye to 12 donkeys. Today we have 4, Daisy, Violet, Betty and Applejack.
But expanded, over the years we welcomed 7 little Shetland ponies, who now give the gift of joy every weekend as children can come and ride them through our woodland.
You will no doubt hear the loud MOO of our rescued miniature bull Ringo, and his rescued best goat-friends too!
On weekends, our rescued 5 guinea pigs will be on the site too!
There are plenty of animal friends to make, to disconnect with the digital world and reconnect with nature and animals, we hope that this will leave to refreshed and grounded before you go back home.
They all LOVE attention, as many of them have been neglected. This is why we have decided to expand the use of our land so that more people can enjoy our beautiful pets and maybe more importantly so that they can enjoy you too!
All guests with children between the ages of 2-9 will be offered a free Shetland pony ride too :)
Chobham
I have lived in Chobham for the best 17 years, it is my world.
The village is quite magical, everyone seems to know one another, and all the local pubs lovingly welcome newcomers!
You are spoilt for choice with pubs, restaurants and takeaways, all within 5 minute walks from the site. From Indian restaurants/ takeaways, fish and chips, English pub-grub, Italian, Turkish, coffee shops and the rest of the high street, you are welcome to explore this beautiful village as well as enjoying our private land.
We are home to our gorgeous Chobham Common, which is ideal for summery countryside walks, picnics and exploring the outdoors.
